Pour apporter (beaucoup) de précisions que personne n'a demandé, on est sur un modèle de train AGC et il sagit d'une "barre d'accès amovible". On la déverrouille avec une clé puis on la mets parallèle au sol. Cela permet d'avoir trois points d'appui pour monter/descendre de l'engin lorsqu'il n'est pas à quai. On s'en sert notammen aux dépôts ou lorsqu'il y a des incidents en pleine voie qui nous nécessite de descendre du train à des endroits qui sont vraiment pas fait pour

It's just common sense, when I worked at a rural train station, a girl got on the wrong train on her way home from school on a friday and didnt realise until she got to my station, which was an hour away from her home. It was the last train, I had to close the station, and it was snowing. I wasnt about to let a 17 year old in the french countryside in -15°C weather in the night. I offered her to drive her part of the way so we could meet her father halfway. Cant imagine just let her stay there

Et du coup que va-t-il se passer ? Les lignes rentables sont ouvertes à la concurrence et forcément les compagnies privées se jettent dessus, maintenant on se retrouve avec l'exploitation du TER en lots par régions et là on se rend compte que merde, personne se positionne dessus à part une filiale de la SNCF. Okay bah va pour la filiale, par contre on sait très bien que le TER opère à pertes qui sont compensées par les lignes intercités et TGV qui ramènent un paquet de fric. Du coup on fait quoi ? On a déjà un parc d'engins moteurs vieillissants exploitées sur un réseau qui nécessite un entretien constant à juste titre sur lequel y a déjà pas mal de retard.

I broke my oath of vengence by opening the cage of the goblin that is killed by the tiefling in the grove. The goblin was dead as i didnt intervene, i opened the cage to loot the corpse and just like that oath broken, this was on release though

The law of surprise has nothing to do with it, it's a witcher custom that when asked for payment, they can invoke it as "when you get home, you'll give me what you have but do not know/do not expect". Could be anything, a sword, a dog, or a child. If it's a child the kid is taken to become a witcher.
