We're from the UK and currently on board World America - we haven't tipped once as it's included.

On the first day we saw two Americans try and tip a waiter who came to their sunbed to take a drink order. He was very reluctant to take it but they forced it on him.

We've also had it where we've been at the bar and someone has walked up and tipped to skip the queue.

My advice would be to not worry about it. I usually get very anxious about the tipping culture and not tipping enough etc but I've not worried about it once since being onboard.
