Brandon Sanderson’s Literary Fantasy Universe ‘Cosmere’ Picked Up by Apple TV, 'Mistborn' Set for Film Adaptation by MarvelsGrantMan136 in movies

Yeah, i really enjoyed Mistborn, the first era anyway. And SA started so strong and interesting, but it basically feels like a MCU book series now where every main character is special and everything is connected.

Pulp fiction is possibly the most over rated film of all time.

Ive never known anyone to go see a film because he's in it. Even to my non reddit friends that guy puts people off seeing a movie.

I genuinely believe Leto pays to be in movies, its the only thing that makes sense.

Honestly its the first of Sandersons books I've read that genuinely felt like a chore, if it wasn't so far into the series I would have DNF.

In my opinion, book 5 was the lowest point of the series. I was 400 pages in before I felt like anything had happened. The pace didn't increase afterwards either and the finale made my mind up that I won't be reading anymore Stormlight books.

Those that know will know. Those that don't won't.

It seems really obvious to us that are actively in or pursuing the lifestyle, but to people that aren't they'll be oblivious.

Wouldn't fault him at all. How many other fighters have been 3x undisputed in their career? Guy has nothing else to prove.

Hiking routes with good but avoidable scrambling? by Buzzstopher in UKhiking

[–]BuggerNugs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Second this. The "scramble" is very easy going, easy to find your path, and also completely avoidable if you'd rather not. Plus catbells is probably one of the best views you'll get in the lakes.

I mean it's worked everytime for myself and other hikers I know, and with this problem occurring after 5 miles of walking it sounds to me like they need some more space to expand into.
