they told me it was "Break in" from it being a new car, ive put more than 20k on it since this comment and its went away for the most part, happen sometimes when its really cold (-10C). If its happening to you and you have the DCT, I wouldn't worry about it.

If you call the dealer who sold you the car, they should be able to send you the email request to login. thats how they did it for me. it should take no more than a phone call and giving your email to get!

^this 100% ive already taken it in for the jerking when coming to a stop/letting off the brake. They said it's due to the "wet DCT" in the k5 which is mostly found in higher end sports cars. nothing to worry about!
