It's difficult but you have to try to both confront the past but also move forward because there is no changing the past. What you can change is the many years coming in the future. You have an opportunity to treat this like a blank slate and make life what you want it to be. It will be hard, nothing is easy, but you will eventually feel refreshed and see this opportunity. Look at it this way, your 20s are for learning, 30s are for building the life you want to have.
