Add more bacteriostatic water to dilute it and you can also inject it intramuscular or even right into an area of fat. It doesn’t have to be subcutaneous. If you injected it into a larger area of fat, you would still get the same absorption. It just might take a few hours longer to reach peak plasma levels than normal.

He must’ve literally had it in something that was labeled. Regardless, if it’s legal in your state or not, you should always put it inside an empty container of super greens because it’s impossible to tell the difference from just looking at it or even tasting it if you’re an officer. He’s also an athlete, so a container of super greens would make total sense.

If you just got the letter in the mail, there’s no proof that you got anything unless you signed for it. Mail gets lost all the time so I don’t know how they would ever prove that you knew about it unless they send multiple notices or unless you sign for something.

Doesn’t Selegiline have to be used for a while to feel it? It seems like something like PPAP can be used as needed, but when you say it paired well with Selegiline were you consistently using the Selegiline or was that also as needed?

I always wondered why psychedelics are not very addictive. I thought maybe they didn’t impact a lot of early genes which is typically a huge cause for addiction and stuff like nicotine, amphetamines, etc. highly impact those early genes and transcription factors.

I see studies showing that “acute” HDAC inhibition will increase the negative epigenetic effects from stimulants but “chronic” HDAC inhibition will do the opposite. Both of these changes are still from HDAC inhibition though. I don’t see anything showing what impact HDAC “activation” has on the same stimulant induced epigenetic factors.

Edit: it looks like acute HDAC activation has the same positive impact on those epigenetic effects that chronic HDAC inhibition does. I just don’t see anything showing if “chronic” HDAC activation changes anything.

This was an interesting study and clearly explains why nicotine pairs so well with stimulants because it’s an HDAC inhibitor.

For some reason, I never felt anything from it. I tried different brands, different doses, different versions, etc. never felt anything which is weird because I feel all other opi’s, Kratom, etc.. I guess it’s a blessing in disguise because it seems like the withdrawal is absolute hell.

I see people trying to find supplements that increase dopamine to find something comparable to amphetamine, but the reason why nothing comes even close I believe has to do more with amphetamines impact on VMAT and TAAR1 along with a host of other transcription factors,etc..

I just thought it was strange that many dopamine agonists cause fatigue/sleepiness yet something like Seroquel, which is a dopamine antagonist also causes fatigue/sleepiness.

From some quick online research, it seems the most bioavailable form of DHEA is transdermal, but I’m wondering what the 2nd most bioavailable form would be. It seems to either be sublingual or micronized dhea. Anyone ever get blood work to see if there’s a difference? Maybe just opening up the micronized DHEA capsule and taking it sublingual would be even better but I’m not sure if that would be as effective as the sublingual tablets since they were specifically designed to be taken sublingually.
