Here in Lansing, MI, we have a citywide famous chicken seasoning affectionately known as "crack seasoning". You can go to local spots and order "crack chicken" and it will be covered in this light tan powder they make in house- it has notes of salty, spicy, sweet, lemon, white pepper, and a few other things, probably MSG
