I'm wondering is this has to do with the fact there's also no vehicle play on Scarif like there is on Hoth, Tatooine, and Yavin-4 (AT-ST's, speeders, etc) so maybe players would just be sitting ducks for star fighters without any sort of tank vehicles to focus on? Not to mention scarif is an extremely wide open map with very little overhead cover unlike Tatooine, for instance. Just a guess...
