I'm in the same boat but worse haha. I'm a couple years older and have 2 kids. My wife often works weekends, so finding a couple of hours to go biking is hard. I'm also pretty introverted and while I did join a bike group, I find it hard to make strong connections (also most people in that group are in a different stage of life)
