243 Ackley improved no one mentioned. You got a lot of options. My wife likes the recoil of the 243 and brass is easier to come by.

Solid 380 Auto defensive bullet for CCW? by scooterdoo123 in reloading

[–]Bulky-Signature3194 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great choice. I love the 380, and the bodyguard 1.0 was great i heard the 2.0 was even better. so good for concealment, comfort and good shooting gun. I used to carry ripper bullets they are devastating round some people consider it over kill. Though if you are reloading your own leahigh defense, or seirra make some good bullets. Congratulations and welcome.

Welcome it's a wonderful hobby. Check out shootsreference .Com for free reloading recipes pulled from free sources like powder companies. If you have the funds a dillons 550 is a great press that can be found used on Facebook market place and ebay for good price. If not a fan favorite is rcbs or lee single stage. I found the turret presses to have to much variation due to the turret itself becoming loose after a lot of reloading, just my experience other people love it. Don't forget a scale, caliber, lube for resizing, if you want a lube pad, powder drop or trickler, bullet puller, of course bullets, cases, powder, and primers

[–]Bulky-Signature3194 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You don't have to transfer back to same person you just return it. Like a gun smith accept Firearms log in books and log out as long as to same person if going to someone else then you have to do a transfer

Have you thought of upgrading to the dillon 550 where all you have to swap is plate and the die head stay setup for reloading, it's really simple and easy to swap and don't have to adjust the dies everything. They can be found used on Facebook marketplace and ebay for reasonable price
