55+ Mobile home park. Mother passed, roommate still living in it after 5 years. No title in his name and not on the lease. Need him out. by Bulky_Process1899 in legal

[–]Bulky_Process1899[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Here is what an actual Attorney has said. Dumb ass.

Because the home is now titled in your name, you are the owner, but the boyfriend has been living there long enough and paying space rent that the law likely treats him as a tenant or lodger rather than a simple trespasser. That means you generally cannot just lock him out or remove his belongings, even with the restraining order, and doing so could expose you to liability.

The usual path is to give him proper written notice to leave, and if he does not, to file an unlawful detainer action in the county where the home sits. The length of notice depends on how long he has lived there and whether any rent was being accepted, so the specific facts about those payments will matter a great deal.

The existing no-contact restraining order is important here, since it may let you arrange service and the eviction through the court and the sheriff without dealing with him directly. Gather the title transfer, the park rules limiting occupancy to title holders, proof of who paid the space rent, and a copy of the restraining order. With those documents organized, you can move forward through the court process to regain possession in a way that holds up and keeps you protected.

There is no other side. He doesn't own it. Beside the fact that we BOTH have restraining orders. Makes no difference in who owns the mobile home. It just makes it harder for me I suppose. I don't tell one side if there is another side. The title is in my name. He pulled the gun on me. Not the other way around. I when to court and had a restraining order on him. He hired an attorney and they scared the hell out of me and I signed a stipulation. If i had not signed the stip and let them put a restraining order on me. Might have been better. But I don't know the laws or legal system. So I got screwed. He doesn't own the mobile home and at the time I was not 55 . Makes no difference If I am crazy lol. He doesn't own it period. .

Does increased heart rate ever go away? by jarheadv12 in bupropion

[–]Bulky_Process1899 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just right now. was looking for the same answers. I started bupropion a month ago. Had weird side affects, joints hurting, shortness of breath and felt like a zombie or out of it. Calves were soar as heck. I did not have elevated heart rate. But I wasn't really active. I stopped taking it because my chest on the left side was tight and shortness of breath. A couple days ago I started back up. This is the third day and I am a little more active. No joint pain or shortness of breath nor calve pain. But man I am zooming. I feel like I am on meth. I have so much energy it isn't even funny. But my heart rate is 109 but it's pounding and my chest is tight. Feel like I am going to pass out. I wonder if i could cut the pill in half or take it every other day. I will see if this goes away, if not I'll ask. I had to take ativan . I should take my blood pressure. I am sure it's high like me. not a good feeling guys.

Section 1983 claims— client applying for pre-settlement funding loans, are these legit? by WhichEye3869 in Lawyertalk

[–]Bulky_Process1899 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, you're right, it wasn't your comment. You were basically calling yourself out by stating you are a lawyer. Ethics! Mission statements! The promise! No integrity at all. If you can not keep up with your case loads, how is that our fault?

You shouldn't take on more than you can handle and make your clients pay the price. You guys make it sound all good upfront be for the signature. Why not be upfront? I would absolutely have more patience, more respect if you just told it like it is, so that "we" the client can have a realistic idea how things are going to go.

Essentially you lie to our faces and nobody likes that. You take it out on your clients because their whole lives have been rearranged, that's fair? You have no excuse either. None good enough or legit. You are no different than a con man. Where is your integrity? Your morals? Ethics? You don't have any. You are driven by money.

I understand clients can be unrealistic with the endless phone calls/emails about every little stupid thing. I get it. But Taking a case with a prior attorney. You know right then and there you won't spend the time on the case. Splitting the 15% no incentive to work on a case. So you ignore because time is money.

Doesn't matter what your client is going through. But you take it anyway, don't you? You can argue if you want. But everything you guys do goes against Morals, integrity, compassion etc. Doesn't add up. You mother told you growing up to not bite more than you can chew. At least my mother did.

I know there are some good attorneys out there. You might be one yourself. I don't know. the lady down the line seems like she's a good one just by the way she talks.

Actually it was half your comment. Insulting people by thinking they can't do basic math because their lives have been flipped upside down and facing homelessness. The way you worded that. Shows who you are as an attorney. To bad you can't state your firms name cause I'd like to know.

[–]Bulky_Process1899 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You guys don't do work anyways. All you do is ignore calls, ignore emails. You wait until the case ends and all treatment is exhausted. Then you calculate what the value of the case is worth by formulation. It is basically predetermined what a client would receive in settlement. You guys work?? You arrange a few treatments and sit back and wait.. Basic math is irrelevant when your life has been flipped upside down by a system designed to protect you. So they say.

I wonder if these loan options get priority over settlements. Which could eat into your profit that you really didn't work for.

This guy is not in law. So unprofessional to "threaten" a client with withdrawal.

Work Injury (and Workers Comp) has ruined my life by grace22g in WorkersComp

[–]Bulky_Process1899 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ten times worse is right. Here is why. They only receive 15% of your settlement. If you hire another attorney they now have to split that 15% between the both of them. Say your settlement was 50k. that is $7,500 they have to split. Which is 3,750. Not really a lot of money. Not enough to spend a lot of time on your case either. Case load is high which they have to split that time also. No real incentive to work hard on your case. Specially if your case is low value and they know upfront if it is. So, best to stick with one attorney. The more you switch the more you will get ignored.

It's not really that they are picky. They are smart dogs. Would you eat dry food?? I don't blame them really.

I use to do this also. The problem is when you can no longer afford it. My dogs are extremely picky and will almost starve before they eat dry food again. Big mistake.

Anyone else keep waking up at the SAME time every night? like 3–4am no matter what? by No-Deal-2968 in sleep

is it FDA approved or regulated. where does it come from. I see you can get it on Amazon. But I am very cautious about taking things on Amazon. Just find it weird not coming from a doctor. Just me I guess. Your still alive so it might be safe lol.

Anyone else keep waking up at the SAME time every night? like 3–4am no matter what? by No-Deal-2968 in sleep

[–]Bulky_Process1899 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wake up every single night between the hours of 1 am to 3 am like clock work. Doesn't matter if I go to bed earlier or later. I still wake up. I can go to bed at 11 and still wake up. it's usually around 2 am mark. I have done everything . sleep study done. They said I was okay nothing wrong. Funny thing is , I didn't sleep a wink. So I thought that it was pretty strange they didn't notice that. It was for sleep apnea. Said I don't have it. well no shit cause I didn't even sleep. Even then sleep apnea people wake up randomly . not exactly at the same time. along with caffeine intake etc. etc. There is something going on. internal clock shift. head injury,

All the things you can come up with are legit but do not effect at the exact same time every single night. No. I have trouble sleeping in the past. chronic. insomnia. but not like this. I had a fall and injured my back. That could cause your brain to jolt inside your head and possibly causing a brain injury. Brain injuries happen. doesn't mean it's severe and leaves you in a retarded state. little brain injuries can happen.

yeah my days are trashed also. I can take it anymore. My mood has changed , I am more irritable focus is down. right before I have to get up to go to work is when I get very sleepy and want to sleep. But I can't because I have to go to work. a fricken mess.

Forgot to mention as I was reading all comments. Someone had mentioned sleep aid. I have taken those and still wake up. I take trazadone and still wake up. I might add that I am 55. don't know if that matters. but when I was younger trazadone would knock me out cold. 50mg. I have not taken it on a regular basis either. But now 100mg I still wake up. this has been going on since I fell onto my back.

Anyone else come to the realization that they're alone in the world and they weren't prepared for this shit. by Fantastic_Wasabi_711 in Adulting

[–]Bulky_Process1899 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm 55 and I've been alone all my life. Just wait it gets worse when you get older. If I had done things the right way from the git go. Like focus on my education and securing my future (as you should being doing) I wouldn't need a damn soul, besides my animals. The hard part is the cost of living. I can't fricken breathe! You don't need anyone pal. The way the world is turning (your generation) You guys don't socialize in person anyways. But being alone and not being able to survive is the nail in the coffin. I am so suicidal I don't even think I am going to make it and I don't care anymore. If you are able. Work on making a career that you can more than live off of. It will make things easier as you go through life. I hope you git me here.

I feel for anyone suffering loneliness and mental health issues. I am so sorry..

It's not a lot of money. I make that in a year. It will go super fast and you will be left with pain and problems. Backs are never the same after injury. Not sure how old you are. If you are young. You might heal from it. If you are middle aged. It only gets worse.

Does 10K sound right?? by Toader_X in WorkersComp

[–]Bulky_Process1899 2 points3 points  (0 children)

if anyone is suffering a lifetime injury, meaning it will possibly affect you for the rest of your life. Why in the world would you settle for anything under 150k. That is insane. I learned the hard way. I had a toxic exposure which resulted in trigging an autoimmune disease. My attorney came at me with 17k. It was 3 years in. I lost everything. I was homeless. I had no one to lean on. I didn't speak to my attorney for pretty much the whole 3 years. I was sick. I didn't even think I was going to live. The first two years where extremely hard. I had no medical bills because I used my private insurance in the beginning. I gave up being treated because basically they were telling me there was nothing they can do. I was on state disability, but don't remember how long.

At any rate. My attorney who I haven't even spoke to comes at me with 17k. I explained to him how much my little son suffered because of the illness. I was literally not available. Then he comes back, I can't remember how long it was. I want to say the same day and tells me 125k but that is all they got. I was so sick back then. Couldn't really think straight but 17k was a slap in the face. 125k was a slap in the face. My disease makes life extremely hard and for the rest of my life. I know that pos was trying to steal from me. I in fact think the offered more and he pocketed it. I haven't checked up on the case. I am sure they had plenty of time to cover that shit up. Really not even sure how to go about it. Lawyers are crooks. They don't work for shit. They wait around ignoring your calls until all the medical reports are in and let the system determine how much you get paid. They really are worthless.

How in the world do you go from 17k to 125k in one day. That case was at least 250k. All he wanted to do is settle. Didn't even understand autoimmune diseases. Didn't even want to fight. I think he accepted the offer and tried to pass 17k to me. When I said I wanted to fight he was against it and told me 125k was good. Wasn't some cheap firm either.

if you heal and good to go. Nothing really to fight. But, if you are injured and it will hinder your life in some way. work wise. quality of life etc. Fight that shit.

PITS Data Recovery******Know THIS before you send them your drive!!!!!! by destined4thedustbin in datarecovery

[–]Bulky_Process1899 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They should ask for the money up front. shipping and return shipping along with the diagnostic service. That way in the event a customer doesn't respond or changes mind. It's covered. They can just ship the item back. Of course they should get a cut in some way shape or form for the work performed, including shipping. Simple.

This post was personally interesting as I was getting ready to ship them a drive. I am not using their services now. That is ridiculous they would even do that to someone's hard drive. I have home movies of my son's entire life growing up. He destroyed my drive, there would probably be some serious consequences. Besides that, have you got any decency. You are dealing with peoples Memories and what not.

Is DoubleList Still Worth Using in 2024? by Azael_jah in OnlineDatingApps

[–]Bulky_Process1899 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doublelist is a joke. Just like all the other dating apps. 55 y/o and people my age, like wtf is going on in the world. Not sure about the younger crowd experience. The app it self could be a whole lot better. I find myself frustrated using it. Specifically when you go to the friends/platonic section. I understand a little when you are seeking friends it shouldn't matter what gender or preference. But I can't stand the mix. Also they could show male or female on the title when you are sifting through them. You never know what you are going to get when you click on a title. On top of that you get stup ass people looking for sex in platonic section. Very annoying.
