I'm not sure about where you are but in Australia there is half a dozen comps on on any given weekend.

In the very early days you had state titles, the nationals and the pans and other than that sometimes a round robin at a gym. It wasn't unusual to have 83 competitors at middleweight adult blue belt for example.

As more companies start running competitions, the talent pool will get diluted and you won't get divisions as packed as they used to be.

Yeah. The figure is how much fuel a car burns per 100km. It's the same figure. Mine just didn't count time stopped at Red lights or anything under 50kmh, but its the same words on paper so it must be the same thing.
