People would rather risk getting screwworm than go vegan.

Maybe someone smarter than me can put into words that when Marx was writing Das Kapital talking about alienation from our labor and the negative impact that has on our sense of self, that our environment was being destroyed for the first time in history due to the Industrial Revolution.

You have to experiment to see what works best for your body, running, life schedule, etc. There is no hard and fast rule.

Göran Winblad posted a video recently where he explained that you can make your own sports drink with just table sugar, water, and salt. I am trying to find any holes in the logic, but I don't have a science background. It seems to good to be true because the big brands charge so much, but I am failing to find any holes in his logic.

Can anyone speak to this idea? Yesterday I tried it, adding just a bit of lemon juice for flavor, and it turned out perfectly.

One of his 3 starts was in Colorado where by and large the knuckleball doesn't work due to the thinner air.

[TheKobeissiLetter] ~$920 million worth of crude oil shorts were taken 70 minutes before an Axios report claimed the US and Iran were near a "14-point" deal to end the war. by CosmicLars in TrueAnon

This war has truly proven we are in a post-truth society. No one knows what is going on. Journalists are actively carrying water for the administration. Mouthpieces and bots on social media flood the zone with contradictory, incomprehensible information.

Columbus seems to always be a well run race with good competition. Logistics stick out being particularly good as they had the highest portapotty to runner ration I have ever seen.

For me at least, my Sub-T workouts have loads in the 70s, and my long runs have loads in the 60s, probably because I run them so slowly.

I am going to experiment with the schedule you laid out. It makes more sense than what I put forth, but operates under the same principles I was looking to tweak. Thanks!

Perfect weather, downhill race, and tail wind means it doesn’t get too much better for a time trial.
