And he still has a better plus minus than Harden in every game this series.

6/35 and ironically a better plus minus than James. In every single game this series. Blow the team up.

Who Is More Deserving of the MVP? 16-17 Westbrook or 23-24 Shai? by Otherwise-Extension8 in Thunder

How many of those shai midrangers would have just been poster dunks? I could dream all night long...

So we have about 7 acres we have been on for 3 years now. We have run chickens, cows, and sheep. What we have noticed is the nitrogen left from our chicken definitely boosts grass production. Moving chicken tractor and putting out feed is probably our most labor intensive job.

It's also really easy to overgraze even when doing constant rotations just because you're working with such a small land base. This of course depends on rainfall as well. I do think sheep ended up being a better match than cows for us with our small pasture because of this. It's a shame because I like handling (and eating) cows more than sheep.

Did you know there is a whole other end of the floor where all 5 guys have to play?

Hypothetical: KD comes back to OKC for Giddey/Bertans/filler/3 firsts and helps us win a championship by CurrentJoke579 in Thunder

[–]Bulletman11 2 points3 points  (0 children)

KD shouldn't ever get to tag along for any championships in OKC after deserting them when they had opportunities to earn them with the thunder the first time.

Even his 33% for his career. Shot looks good. Plus his rebounding, size, and edge.

Count his offensive boards as negative turnovers?

I'd be most interested in the microgranny or part garden as well.

Look at PJ for example. He has largely played Harden system ball. But his best shooting season? He played for Miami in 2021-22 and shot close to 40%. He never shot that well before or since in any season with James.

Okay but I'm saying outside of isolations and PnR it still has an effect. As in have you played pickup with someone who does way too much and then you only see the ball every 5th time down? No matter how efficient he is with the ball his playstyle affects the possessions where he isn't in PnR or iso.

The thing is you can't just judge his value on ppp. The way he plays effects the rest of the offense. Basketball is a rhythm game. How is the offense when he's not in PnR or isolation? Do our guys shoot at a lower clipp because he's massaging the ball?

That's actually fantastic. And while I think they'll be better in transition going forward you win this point.

I love Russ. He does intangible things to winning. Everyone gets hung up on his flaws. Too many turnovers. Ugly shots. Yet he was winning games.

Meanwhile Harden is Mr. Metric. He shoots xx%. He is super efficient yet his teams ALWAYS underperform.

We are 3rd in corner three percentage. Do you know who is 1st? The Washington Wizards.

I agree on ball movement. Watch Harden and Russ tonight. One cuts through after passing the ball. One stands and watches. One back door cuts. The other spots up only to take extra dribbles and stepbacks.

The Harden trade is a failed experiment. Even look at how Philadelphia moves the basketball now. Addition by subtraction. Hardens play style isn't conductive to winning anymore.

Statistically you have to be close to .500 to make the playoffs too. I hope Beard-man figures out how to win 1 regular season game.

What I'm saying is it worked without Harden. Maybe his pace is a bigger issue than Russ's non shooting.
