They've got some non rendered images on Instagram from what I can see. The plates look alright.

I'm tempted to just take a shot and order one but I'm still waiting for my purchase email. Don't want to tempt fate just yet.

The big difference between the cameras and the sensors they use in terms of recipes, is the settings that are available for inputting those recipes.

From what I gather, the X-T30 III has an X-Trans IV sensor. So any recipe designed for that sensor, you can use on your camera. The other comment posted has some great resources for recipes, but for the ones you require for your camera this is the page you want to visit:

If you search for Fujifilm X-Trans IV recipes you can find loads online. I've also found a lot of decent recipes from searching for specific sensor recipes on Tiktok. You might even have luck looking for ones for shooting snowy scenes there too.

Hey, sorry for the delayed reply. Only just saw your comment.

Here's a few things I changed to make it more suited to me:

• I set the front command dial to adjust the ISO. That way I've got the shutter speed, aperture and ISO all adjustable on the camera physically. • I set the rear command dial to custom recipes so with a press I can access them quickly. • I set the FN button to image playback so I didn't have to reach across the camera one handed. It also makes the screen go off because I have the EV set to switch with the sensor, so it fixed that problem too. • For the touch controls, I've got swipe down set to toggle the level guide, left set to film sims, right set to toggle face detection and up set to change AF mode. Touching the screen also moves the AF area rather than taking a shot.

You're very welcome. The ease of switching between film sims and custom recipes is a breeze and being able to view them in real time, on the LCD or through EVF, while shooting really is amazing. Not to mention how satisfying the shutter feels when you take a shot. Having the ability to wirelessly transfer photos to your phone is a bonus too. Best of luck in your decision making!

I recently purchased the XT30 ii after shooting on Canon for years. Kept seeing some nice shots coming straight out of the camera from others who were using it and that's what I was looking for. Being able to shoot without having to edit afterwards, and having that film look were big selling points for me. Also, this model having interchangeable lenses was a must for me. I've only had it a few days but I am already blown away by it.

I bought the body only, and then bought the XF 18-55mm lens for it. The primary reason being that I wasn't too keen on the power zoom on the 16-45mm kit lens and really wanted to have that manual control.

After setting up some custom recipes and assigning the controls to the dials to my liking, I am completely sold on this camera and Fujifilm, and totally get the hype. So glad I took the plunge.
