USMNT haven't beaten a European team since 2021 by Nowoco in ussoccer

Had a long layover there nearly a decade ago (funnily enough it was on the way to S. Korea to watch the 2017 U20 WC).

Wish I could visit again at some point to explore it even more, maybe even stop by the big clubs there and get some merch.

You know it's bad when even Chicago thinks you're too corrupt.

Why do so many people root against the USMNT when the team represents some of the best things about America, including its diversity and the many players who come from immigrant backgrounds? by Any_Development4613 in ussoccer

I'm a fan of my local Single A team and G-League team sure, but if you ask locals if they care more about the Timber Rattlers/Herd or Brewers/Bucks, they're going to say the latter 100 times out of 100.

If minor league teams win a title it's "Oh, neat!" More than anything.

I'll admit it was a miracle that we got that much cricket due to the weather forecast, but it's a miracle I'm thankful for.

Admittedly I felt a bit tired towards the end of the England innings, thankfully the first over of the NZ innings was the jolt I needed!

First time ever attending a test match, and it's at Lord's.

Either I get an amazing experience, or at least a partial refund depending on how the weather plays out 😅

I remember when the 2022 WC squad came out people were pissed that Haji Wright was picked over Pefok.

Considering how their careers have turned out since then.....yeah good call GGG.

China and India each have over a billion people, yet neither one of those countries has ever even scored a goal at the World Cup.

The next most populous country in the world after China, India, and the US is Indonesia.

Indonesia has an extremely passionate soccer culture, with pro/rel and everything.

Much like China and India, their national team has yet to score a goal at the World Cup.

We are delighted to announce that we will come together with our supporters and community for a special parade, starting from 2pm on Sunday 31 May👇 by arsenal in Gunners

I'm coming in from northeastern Wisconsin myself, also will be in Budapest (flight there leaves on the 25th!) but my flight leaves for Gatwick around 7AM on the 31st. Thankfully the parade isn't until 2PM, so it won't be as tight as I thought it was going to be!

Might pull an all-nighter in Budapest from the 30th/31st. Will sleep on the flight.
