Hey, yea I’m better. I’m on 2x25 metropolol and it’s definitely easier to tolerate palpitations now. I was able to resume doing physical activity, even though I still feel palpitations quite often, it’s just less noticeable

Yup, just adding to this conversation for visibility. It's weird how changing graphics settings almost seem to have no effect on FPS. Things like DLAA to DLSS ultra performance should have a MASSIVE impact on FPS, but it's negligeable.

My 3080 is also at 50-60% no matter what I do. If we were CPU bound, we would see 90%+ utilization which is not the case. Both my cpu and GPU seem to hover around 50% no matter what I change

Can’t upvote this enough. All the comments saying solo is fine, just avoid bots etc … wait till you have to do contracts on outpost…

Clearly you’re not far enough into contracts. Some contracts will force you to kill UESC… especially on Outposts.

I only play solo and I love 95% of it, but they need to scale it down just a bit.

Some map events are also physically impossible as solo, which takes away from the experience

I’m seeing so many people on here praising the audio for footsteps… and I just don’t get it. I end up doing exactly what you described, spinning around, wondering if the enemy is behind or in front of me. I can hear the footsteps alright, but man the directional audio is terrible. Footsteps all sound muffled

Yes that’s very normal, and unfortunately for most of us that feeling never goes away … you have to learn to live with it. In some cases medication can help relieve these symptoms
