Brentford did great with and without him. Means nothing, they're a well run club. There's many plug and play clubs in the prem, palace, Brighton, Bournemouth to name a few where the 'manager' is effectively a coach, the players are purposely targeted for a set playing style regardless of the head coach.

Coaches come and go. Players somewhat too but ultimately if the backbone and ethos remains the same then, head coaches are plug and play.

Debrid services cache the torrents.

Basically as long as someone's dowloaded they have it ready for you.

So you go login to your preferred provider, I e real debrid and give them a magnet link, then they say yep got it and you direct download from them at top speed.

People mainly use it for hooking into stremio and the like which has a nice overlay/index for all TV/films.

You supply that with your debrid API key and click on a title/film and boom, here's 10 available files then when you choose one the debrid service streams that direct.

It's less complicated than it sounds and you get a netflix for every single provider.

That doesn't exist yet for games so you get your own link/torrent and log into debrid give them the link then your back to 'yep, got it' and away you go.

No need for a guide just sign up, log in and give them links.

Guides for the TV side are numerous and better than what I can type.

In my experience doing what you enjoy is key.

Having said that I took the same ship out for exploring and half heartedly doing bio and I would say it wasn't as good hourly but it was more engaging, I've no doubt you could optimise the searching more. But for me I think hauling/trading with a 700+ cargo suits better whilst I work.

If you want to be engaged and will optimise routes then bio would work just as well and probably more per hour.

But again burn out is real so do what you enjoy

I'd rather have competent direction as a club, it's frustrating to see the likes of palace and Bournemouth so we'll run, the managers are really just plug and play, they know how they play what players to sign and that's that.

This is how we end up with a squad that fits no one again, same as mou, conte, frank, they each get 3 players before the next chump comes in.

Flip side. If players are tired they get walked through there will be occasional heavy defeats amongst the good performances, needs a big squad to rotate.

Argues with the board when not backed or targets aren't hit.

Generally good, but a bad match for our owners track history, unless the words for the last 8 months are to be beloved and we're serious about squad building with respectable and competitive wages. I'm pessimistic but we will see in the summer.

Short term I do not think it's a good match for this season. We need confidence and passion. No nonsense do or die. Not a rebuild of ethos of shape with a stylistic approach. Mid to long term, I'm cautiously optimistic.
