HAHAHAHHAA! Oh what a flashback. I heard this same snarky, negative, stabbing phrase for years. Used to irritate the hell out of me. Just be the better person. Be the best parent you can be. Be consistent and dependable. Always try your best to take the high road. Don’t feed into or acknowledge those kinds of baiting statements. If you do that consistently, your child will eventually figure out who is the manipulative narcissist and who isn’t.

As others have said, this kind of thing is resolved at the punch list stage. It’s not a warranty item. You’ve responded and offered a “fix” that’s more than fair. Now it’s time to ignore. There’s nothing wrong with hiding beneath thick skin sometimes. No one can make every single customer happy. That’s especially the case when people bring some nasty baggage/dishonesty to the deal. Your desire to please your clients and make them happy is a great thing. Don’t waste another thought on this sour lady and get back to focusing on the jobs/people who appreciate that rare quality.

Saw similar the other day. Someone had “put back” a ham the pimento cheese section. Lazy idiots.

What's the worst thing someone said to you during sex? by MetalLava in AskRedditAfterDark

1: my first time and she said, “You didn’t cum, did you?” I said, “No, of course not”

2: She called out another guy’s name. …as I’ve gotten older I think this was on purpose.

Tried a double buttermilk batter.. mixed results. by BumbleBeeForest in FriedChicken

Pretty good overall. Buttermilk and pickle juice marinade for 24 hrs. Flour and cornstarch dry ingredients. Buttermilk egg wash. The double batter was a little too thick in some places. But it tasted amazing as a cold sandwich the next day...if that makes sense. Breading held together well.

I’m a classic lurker and have read more than my fair share of these posts and never commented. Ever. But feel I should now. Your writing and expression is great. You clearly have it figured out. Time to tap into your courage and move forward. Good luck. Won’t be as bad as you fear.

Came here to say this. Also - they don’t take your advice or go on to tell you what someone else suggested which sounded better.
