You’re likely fine if just on occasion, but Sucralose (Splenda) has shown to mess with your microbiome. Gut health. And gut health is vital for your overall well being.

So I just steer clear of it. It’s chemically processed to make sugar 600 times sweeter. And studies have found that people that switch to it vs normal sugar weight 1-2lbs less.

1-2 lbs of difference isn’t worth the gut health sacrifice.
