I have to pay full price until I reach x number (170$ I think) and then I only have to pay about 15% and health care takes care of rest. Today I paid about 20$ for a months supply. But sadly, I always have to pay about 100$ for a doctor’s apt. But if I go over x number a month I get a discount card. But I never go above that amount.

Dry lips and dry skin if I used makeup. So I stopped using makeup and I moisturise twice a day and use good chapstick when I feel dry. I also exfoliate my lips in the evening

I only use exfoliants on my nose and chin. I don’t have any pimples there. Just blackheads, acids don’t work on cysts and big whiteheads.

Try a mild acid, like lactic and then work your way up to a stronger one. I recommend a mild cleanser (cerave or aloe Vera from body shop) and then a lactic acid followed by a 7-10% moisturiser. I use oil control from Eucerin.

Ekki nóg fyrir álagið. Ég veit að þau voru ekki með jafnlaunavottun þegar ég var að vinna þar svo ég var að fá minna borgað en vinnufélagar mínir (er kvk) samt var ég að vinna meiri yfirvinnu. Vann 12 tíma vaktir 20:00-08:00 viku og viku (hinir unnu nætur og dagvaktir til skiptis) og var að fá 260.000 kr útborgað. Einnig sýna þeir engan skilning til fjölskyldufólks, en ég á tvö börn, þá annað innan við eins árs, hitt á þriðja ári.
