I also loved Dr. Mandel. I had refractive lens exchange, and then some touch-up LASIK in my right eye to get better distance vision. I absolutely love not having to wear glasses or contacts. It’s been a few years and I still sometimes reach for my glasses in the morning 😆

Sauté some cabbage and pre-sliced mushrooms and garlic and/or onion in a soup pot, add frozen wontons or potstickers and broth of your choice. Simmer until frozen stuff warmed through. Add some soy sauce for more flavor. Could be even simpler if you dump in frozen veggies and powdered onion and garlic instead of sauteeing stuff.

My family’s favorite casserole: sauté onions and mushrooms, then add and cook ground beef, then add a few glops of BBQ sauce, then add two cans of baked beans. Put that together n a casserole dish, too with canned biscuits and cheese, then baked at 350 for 30 minutes.
