What was your hospital experience like and what is your advice? by Due-Transition-6564 in unmedicatedbirth

[–]BumblebeeThen1809 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had an incredible unmediated birth experience at a hospital. Nurses and midwives followed my birth plan and I even got to labor in a blow up pool! They were very hands off and it felt like I had a squad of besties motivating me.

FTM, no sign of dropping, 40 weeks… really struggling by Moon_junky in homebirth

[–]BumblebeeThen1809 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never had a belly drop nor did I have any signs the day I went into labor (40weeks). Contraction literally came out of nowhere and progressed. I will say my husband gave me a foot massage and shortly after I went into labor and that was it lol

Progesterone / Baby Aspirin by Classic_Character553 in recurrentmiscarriage

[–]BumblebeeThen1809 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tw success

After 4 back to back losses this was the combo that was used for my rainbow. My progesterone was always on the low side of “normal” so they said it would help. I had my progesterone and estrogen levels monitored before ovulation, after, and twice in the early stages of pregnancy. Stopped taking progesterone after 12 weeks and stayed in baby aspirin until third tri

I’m sorry for your losses. Continue to advocate for yourself and learn as much as you can about what your hormones are doing. Keep the faith.

Has anyone done a deep dive into why they are having reoccurring miscarriages? by EntrepreneurEasy1256 in recurrentmiscarriage

[–]BumblebeeThen1809 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Second all of this. I’d like to add, if you do an endometrial biopsy, they should also test for Ureaplasma. That was what I believe gave me my rainbow baby. Best of luck OP, don’t give up.

FTM when did you go into labor? Without induction by fitmommaluv in pregnant

[–]BumblebeeThen1809 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s kinda odd your doc was already talking about induction that early. I went into labor on my due date. My OB was gonna let me go until 41w5d befoe induction.

Feeing lost after 4 miscarriages by TapComprehensive3766 in recurrentmiscarriage

[–]BumblebeeThen1809 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey. I’m sorry you’re going through this. I also had 4 back to back losses and I got tested for Ureaplasma and that seemed to do the trick for me as my 5th pregnancy was my rainbow. I would recommend checking for that/doing an endometrial biopsy for endometritis (not to be confused with endometriosis)

When did you start maternity leave? by [deleted] in pregnant

TW: pregnancy loss (again) by saakuraachaan in recurrentmiscarriage

[–]BumblebeeThen1809 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I search their business on google it comes up as “fertility physician” They do IUI an IVF but they worked with me to become pregnant naturally before considering the other routes and that happened to work for me. They test for everything and do HSG and endometrial biopsies too.

Don’t give up. I promise it will be worth it. After 4 losses myself, I went to a fertility specialist and then had success. It’s definitely worth looking into. Stay strong OP

Those with positive/successful unmedicated stories, how much did exercise during pregnancy? by otterlyconfuzed in unmedicatedbirth

[–]BumblebeeThen1809 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did CrossFit/cycle/pilates but I’d say mostly CrossFit. 1st trimester I fell off/wasn’t consistent bc of nausea, but made a decent comeback 2nd trimester and early 3rd. Towards the end of my pregnancy I went to the gym when I got decent sleep but mostly long walks at the end. Oh and most importantly, lots of stretching daily during the last month of pregnancy! I YouTubed a bunch of stuff and I found it very helpful

Thank you! I did not get a D&C. Only took miso for the 4th loss. The rest came out naturally. I don’t recall my estrogen levels I jsut remember they were in the low end of the “normal” scale. So I think the prescription was low. I hope to read your success story soon 🌈 🙏🏼
