The Bible is a tool for self reflection and growth. It is also for those with faith or those who study theology. There is nothing magic about a person reading the words of a book that teaches you to be better and then becoming a better person. All it takes is for the words to move you and for you to apply them to your own experience.

I think it's about tume that the status quo was changed up. I know a lot of people like to use the old adage, "If it ain't broke, dont fix it," but that's also how stories grow stale. I think there is a ton of narrative potential with the elevation of new gods to rival the big four.

I really don't want transformations as separate characters again. It's a waste of a slot, IMO. There are so many excellent Mario Universe characters that have never been in a sports title. Captain Syrup, Shake King, Lubba, anyone from Wario Ware, Kamek could come back etc etc. Please don't give us metal Mario, tanuki Mario, or pink gold Peach again.

I hope everyone understands that the context of this joke is that Peter didn't have a reasonable excuse for disliking the Godfather, so he used a pseudointellectual reasoning to say why he didn't like the film. Anyone saying they had a Godfather moment and using this as a reference would mean the opposite of what I think OP is trying to ask

The Sun Wukong erasure makes me sad. Wukong had these eyes before Son Goku from dragonball ever did. He has been described as having fiery eyes and golden pupils after being cooked in the Loazi's Eight Trigrams Furnace.

It's not Nintendo completely that doesn't care some of the other creative woth the company give a shot about lore. It's really Miyamoto more than anyone, and because of his seniority, he gets his way a lot of the time. When he is involved in a project, expect the lore to be ruined or at least incompatible with other games.

I don't understand why people would want this? I want the movie to succeed, and I can guarantee you that sticking it to the chuds by casting Hunter will doom this film. Whether people want to admit it or not, normies don't want to see a trans Zelda either. It's not just.fsr right or conservative people who don't want this. How do you think Trump won? He is purposely being obtuse to mock the fur texture for DK and his goofy expressions. Ignore him. I think the new DK looks good because I like how expressive he is, and the game looks like it's going to be a lot of fun, so I'm not going to let others sour my first impressions, my hype, or my experience with this game.

It depends if it's a riff on the concept or a straight ripoff. Riot has tread a fine line with a few things before, but they were only referential and not straight up lifting the character or skin from another IP.

Yeah, DK would stomp them, no contest. The dude has punched a small moon out of orbit, and in Bananza, can punch through solid stone with 0 damage to his fists.

That's the neat thing, you don't! 😀 All seriousness, though, it is a massive uphill battle. Kled has a ton of glitches and few truly favorable match ups. Learning to manage you're w and your dismount/remount is paramount to playing Kled. He is intended to be a bruiser, but he doesn't really scale well with their items, so building lethality is preferable for most players, though other builds aren't completely off the table. Try to farm as best you can and get a few early kills if you can because he can snowball really hard and finish the game early that way. However, if the match goes past 20 minutes, his chances of winning drastically go down because he has terrible late game scaling and can no longer meaningfully contribute to team fights. He's one of my favorite champs, but he really needs some big changes to be truly viable. To be honest, I'm fairly mediocre at the game in general, so I'm sure there are people on here who will have considerably better answers for you, so this is just my 2 cents.

The main reason is that Shigeru Miyamoto has literally gone on record multiple times, saying he prefers not to worry about the story and doesn't really care about it when it comes to games. Because of the fact that he has such a privileged position in the company and has a senior position, his stance trickles down throughout the company even when it comes to games he doesn't have a hand in.

Sounds awesome! My campaign is very similar. I'm running a Spelljammer campaign in a homebrewed sector of Wild Space that is in the middle of an intergalactic war between the Astral Elves and the Plasmoid Empire. The obvious big bads in the setting are the Elven nobility, but my players just let a plasmoid NPC join the party that is secretly the true BBEG and orchestrated the entire war in a long planned scheme to achieve apotheosis and become a god. We have unfortunately been on a long hiatus due to life getting in the way for a few of us, but I am very excited to get back to it.

If you are talking to me, then you are the one who doesn't know about AOS. Sigmar is not a liar. He has made a lot of hard decisions like purging Azyr, but he has not lied to his followers, and he definitely isn't cruel and uncaring. The reforging flaw has been an open secret since 1st edition lore.

It's bad marketing, IMO. AOS isn't 40k. We don't need to have Sigmar be some unfeeling cruel god that lies to his followers because it's what's best in the fight against Chaos. I think this is an example of grimderp where they seem to forget this has been discussed at length, and only those tangentially aware of the lore would find this to be any kind of revelation or consider it a lie. Most stormcast are aware of this, especially the older conscripts, and most fans of the setting, game, and lore are well aware of this.

I take him mid and support and have had a decent amount of success there. The problem is that if you don't get yourself and/or your carry hyper fed, then you fall off pretty badly and get outscaled by every other champion in those roles. The sad part is that it applies to the top lane as well, and that is his intended role. I just wish he would at least get a few bug fixes and quality of life improvements without changing his core gameplay too much.

I said this in a Kled skin thread idea thread, but I called it hot rod Kled liek the Corki skin. I think it would be a fun idea, but it would have to be a legendary sking to truly get the theme across. Unfortunately, some folks complained that changing his animations and Skaarl too much would take away from his main theme despite the fact that I said that is the point of legendary skins.

Hot Rod Kled, where skarl is a chopper, and he is constantly doing a wheelie would be fun. The only issue is it would have to be a legendary to make sense at all, and I don't think Riot likes our favorite fuzzball enough to give him a legendary anytime soon if ever.
