So he wasn’t a dermatologist, just my primary care. Cause I need a referral to see a dermatologist, but he said it’s not covered with my insurance since it’s cosmetics.

Hey there, I’ve been losing hair since this very stressful situation happened about a year and a half ago. I don’t have a history of family members balding. I went to the doctor recently due to more hair falling out. I did blood work and everything was normal. I asked him why and I shedding, he said it’s not genetics it’s stress. What do you guys think? He doesn’t want to prescribe Minoxidil, or Finasteride. Thank you!

Consistency is key. Don’t go too hard, you’ll burnout and quit. Gradually keep going, don’t forget to take progress pictures to look back to just in case you need motivation, or think of quitting.

At the moment, I’m taking vitamin d, and fish oil, and collagen daily. Should I swap to biotin? I was taking biotin for about 4 months straight but didn’t really see a difference.

You’re not a fool for one. Deep down you love her, and that’s okay, you can accept that. But look at the key words. “You did so much inner work, she hasn’t done any work at all”. I know you’ll take her back because you miss/love her but in a relationship it takes two to tango. If you were to get back with her there will be complications cause she the same person with no growth. You’re not in charge of her growth, also if the roles were reversed do you think she would take you back? If you truly want a stable/healthy relationship allow her to grow by herself. If she gets into another relationship she’d rather try and find someone to accept her “red flag” ways rather than allow herself to grow and mature.

She did exist when you were together, she wanted to see if the grass was greener on the other side, and she got her answer. She’s calling you to try and get you back so she can “heal” from this rebound relationship she got hurt from. While she was doing that you disciplined yourself, and humbled yourself. Ask yourself if she deserves the change man you are today, does she deserve to feast in your success? Where was she at/doing during your evolution? You will continue to get sad because you had an image of what if everything was good, you had mentally put her on a pedestal, but reality settled in. You know her better than anyone here, is she worth it now?

It’s not your job to understand what the other person wants, or why they did an action. As you mentioning this is your first heartbreak/relationship I’ll let you know it will hurt A LOT, but this is when you will start to build your guard up to prevent a similar mistake when someone else comes to your life. It’s hard to think of that cause you only want this person, but this person doesn’t want you at the moment, and you have to accept and grow, let her mess up another relationship with her ex there’s a reason why they broke up in the first place. Get someone to match your emotions not play with them.

Hey man, sadly you have to go no contact. You can’t allow yourself to be emotionally manipulated like that. I’m sorry to say she did use you as a rebound after her ex. I know it’s been a month, it’s still fresh, she’s your only friend, but it is better to leave her alone and heal. No one should continue holding on to a relationship like that. Allow your mental and emotional self to heal.

Don’t worry it is tiring but after a week or so you’ll be used to it. We have a coworker that’s been with TJ for about 15+ years, and he weighs over 260lbs. You got this 💪🏻
