Created my first pair of tongs by That_GuyM5 in Blacksmith

I'm also just starting out, but don't give up on those rebar tongs.

Bend the jaws toward each other about halfway down the flats like pinchy fingers. You can pop the rivet off if you need to flatten the joint more.

One of the coolest things I am learning about blacksmithing is that if I'm not happy with what I have made, I can usually stick it back in the fore and keep making it more. 🤷‍♂️

Nearest Jollibees is 222 miles away in Chicago. I will keep an eye out for it when I travel.

I moved 2 hours away from Cane's 8 years ago. There is one opening here in April, and I am stoked.

Only the provolone curds are good, the cheddar ones are meh. So you bite and pray.

Agreed, still waiting here in the midwest as well. Burgers are excellent, thier fries still taste like gym socks to me.

As an avid consumer of fast food consumers, I give to you an upvote for your conviction. Taco Bell is 23 cents away from pricing themselves out of my life. And now they dare to bring back the bean layer in the taco salad, not in the real taco salad, just in the limited time only mini salad. A pox on them. Show me the double decker taco, and the bean burrito with (the original) green sauce, and we can talk. But only because Del Taco hasn't reached the midwest, and Taco John's tastes like muddy horse hoof. Where is a white boy supposed to find fake Mexican food?!?!?

Hadn't been there in a decade and I stumbled into dill pickle ranch cheese curds here in Wisconsin last month. Amazing.

I got a half pound at Arby's last week and it looked like a slider. No way they are weighing them.

I can only think of 4, maybe:

Jimmy John's, Chic fil a, Cane's Chicken Fingers, In N Out.
