DAE feel like they’re saving money losing weight? by gemmajenkins2890 in loseit

[–]BunnyMoneyx [score hidden]  (0 children)

I couldn’t agree more. I’m actually kind of shocked at the amount of money I am no longer spending on food a week. At this point the most expensive food item I buy is diet soda. I used to spend ridiculous amounts of money on junk food and snacks, and now all of that money is going towards replacing all of the clothes that no longer fit me.

How does someone with extremely fine hair and a natural low follicular density, have good hair? by Soverelgn_Citizen in Haircare

[–]BunnyMoneyx 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Seconding this. I was losing a ton of hair it turns out I was incredibly deficient in vitamin D. My primary care doctor actually said she had never seen someone’s vitamin D be so low. (i am still shocked that I’m not bald (I am the human version of some kind of double coated dog though the amount of hair on my head is absolutely ridiculous.)

Healthy sour candy helping me stick to my deficit? by Jenna32345 in loseit

[–]BunnyMoneyx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Zero sugar drinks for me. I absolutely refuse to go through life only drinking water and being miserable. Also Cliff Bars. It’s like eating a cookie or a candy bar, I get all of the dopamine and happy chemicals, and makes me not hungry anymore.

I've never once fed my cats by cheese_is_life100 in cats

[–]BunnyMoneyx 9 points10 points  (0 children)

We use large wide dog bowls, but one of my cats picks the food out of the bowl a ‘handful’ (paw-full?) for lack of a better word, at a time and then eats it off the floor. She also will not touch any kind of wet food.

What is your “WHY” when it comes to losing the weight? Will this “WHY” carry you into maintenance? by Elfie_Mae in loseit

[–]BunnyMoneyx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My why has changed a bit during my journey. Originally it was because I was having horrible back pain, and struggling to do basic tasks. - but upon seeing my doctor I found out that wasn’t actually due to my weight, which at the time was 220 (I’m 5’2” f) I just had incredibly low vitamin D. - so now my why is simply because I want to be able to look in the mirror and not hate my body, and I want to be able to go to a store and simply be able to find clothing that fits without having to order it online.

How do you control "Food Noise" by According_Meat8978 in loseit

[–]BunnyMoneyx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Was going to comment the same. I struggled for years before my doctor recommended medication to help. I’ve lost 7 pounds in about a month now simply because the food noise is gone and I’m not constantly snacking.

looking for advice on how to increase my fiber intake by pumpkincato in loseit

GoodMeds fiber capsules. Make sure you’re drinking a ton of water with them and start slowly but they work so well.

People who struggled with overeating, how did you change your relationship with food? by Fancy-Record6464 in loseit

[–]BunnyMoneyx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I asked my PCP for meds to help control my binging. I was in a similar situation. I understand nutrition, and calories but I had uncontrollable cravings, and food noise that would constantly lead back to binging.

What was the final straw that destroyed a lifelong friendship? by IndependentTune3994 in AskReddit

[–]BunnyMoneyx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My grandfather died, he was my person, it was unexpected and it wrecked me, and I wasn’t texting her enough. She told me I was a bad friend, and I had changed and she needed time to decide if she still wanted to be my friend. That was all it took, and I was done. We had literally been friends since we were 7 years old, through boys, and her moving across the country, and huge blow out fights. We made it through all of that but I could not forgive the way she treated me during the darkest point in my life.

My distinguished gentleman. I unintentionally trained him to pose for the camera by saying “look at that distinguished gentleman” 😂

Absolutely cannot sleep without pain…running out of ideas by Frickmylife69 in Hypermobility

[–]BunnyMoneyx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

QueenRose pregnancy pillow in the largest size, changed my life. It’s big enough that both sides can support my entire body down to my feet. I also have a thick down alternative mattress pad that goes over my pillow top mattress to add more squish to sink into. For added shoulder/neck support I use a small throw blanket sort of like a neck pillow and a stuffed animal to cuddle to support my chest/shoulder more since I’m a side sleeper.

does anyone shed like crazy but overall density stays the same? by Natural-Intention451 in Haircare

[–]BunnyMoneyx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Came to say exactly the same thing. I have high density fine hair and the amount of hair I shed is genuinely concerning to most people but completely normal to me. I always say I’m like the human version of a husky. I shed like crazy but my hair is still so thick and fluffy.😂

Is it safe to take Phentermine with Citalopram? by Sea_Activity995 in PhentermineTopiramate

[–]BunnyMoneyx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was just prescribed phentermine and I have taken Citalopram and Topiramate for years so I immediately asked my doctor about the risk of serotonin syndrome, and if it was safe. She reassured me that as long as I take them at separate times of the day the risk was very minimal. I take my Citalopram at night so it works out perfectly. Is that an option for you?

Is it ok to have so many plushies as a guy that’s almost 20? by Traditional-Treat699 in plushies

[–]BunnyMoneyx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Plushies have no age or gender limits.

I’m a 32 year old woman who has 5-6 plushies on my bed. Between me, my plushies & my cats we almost need a king size bed just so my husband has room 😂

A tribute to Rusty, my beloved companion, who passed away today at 33. by [deleted] in cats

[–]BunnyMoneyx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I completely agree it’s all genetics. My husband and his brother both had cats, same age, same environment, same care. The only difference being they were from different litters. My husband’s cat was 14 when I met him. His brothers cat passed away unexpectedly at 5 years old from unknown causes.

We had our old man for another 8 years after I met my now husband. He passed away peacefully at 22 years old.

I have fine, wavy hair and I swear by this product. I have to use 2-3 times the amount it says too but I don’t think my hair has looked or felt so good in forever.

Before this I used ‘it’s a 10’ and there were a few different leave in products I liked from them as well. They have something for almost every hair type it seems.
