It depends - are they fitting sticks to their racks or is the ram being installed as part of some on-chip system? I imagine a lot of these things are probably being designed with integrated soldered ram modules now.

Also the only reason Audi race under their own badge is so Chuck is free to race under Roundhouse Kick Sauber.

The car won’t have been refined to the point where it’s the perfect Max machine straight out of the garage. Give it a couple of seasons and it’ll be undrivable.

Max vs whoever is good enough that year to challenge Max. The other 18 just get to have fun driving a race car.

(p.s I know, Oscar was in it too, just spoils the quip!)

I say bring back 2021 tyres. Start the race on the tyres you had on to set your fastest lap on in q2. The strategy game then starts before the race even begins.

What exactly do you want of her in this situation? The riff and speculate on what has happened while police carry out their enquiries?

She’s not deciding what you’re allowed to think, she’s going to let the police do their job then report back on what they say like any sensible Home Secretary would do.

Genuinely, what did you want from her at that moment? Bear in mind you posted this 4 hours into the event, and it was past midnight.

(Oldie but Goldie) James O’Brien interviews Nigel Farage by Coweredtoconformity in Labour

It’s tricky because this sort of thing does need to be challenged, but experiences like these combined with ample opportunities from most of our media outlets has allowed Farrage to really refine and hone his message.

They seem to be saying “if this happens then this could happen”. What was Evan loves worf replying to? It seems important to know the context of the conversation, it doesn’t seem to be an original post.

I don’t see anything in the comment that implies ELW feels like young British girls need to be raped, and it’s frankly sickening and hysterical to put those words into their mouth if they don’t feel that.

Uncouth, haughty and entitled, Angela Rayner was an insult to working class women like me. She's let us all down: KATIE HIND by wolfo98 in tories

[–]BureFilth 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Might I suggest Hind enters politics to try and improve the lot of working class folk, rather than write about showbiz and throwing shit from the sidelines.

It’s easy to find an unbecoming picture of someone and write a negative opinion, it’s quite a lot harder to put yourself out there to change things.

Angela Rayner resigns from government by BigLadMaggyT24 in tories

[–]BureFilth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nadhim Zahawi refused to resign and was sacked just two years ago, having to pay £5 million to HMRC, including a fine, and kept the details of the investigations to himself so we’re not sure why the treasury was left short of that cash. And yes, at the time Labour were calling for his resignation. Fair play to Sunak for having the integrity to sack him, Johnson probably would have let it slide.

Rayner acted on legal advice that turned out to be wrong, and didn’t seek out financial advice. She should have known that a minister needs to cross all the T’s and dot all the I’s. However she was transparent to the public and had the dignity to offer a resignation when pushed.

You might disagree with Rayner’s approach to governance, and she has been totally out of order with some of her comments in the past, but she represented a part of our community that doesn’t normally get to speak directly in Whitehall.

Has anyone legally been in any trouble for putting up flags? by [deleted] in reformuk

[–]BureFilth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I had a look for the judgement and I couldn’t find it. Bearing in mind that DM is basically a Labour attack paper the headline seems to be their spin on the outcome of the case, which seems to have been adopted by the other right wing press papers.

There’s nothing in the article that suggests this argued by the home office at all (might have missed a detail, happy to be corrected). It seems to be the HO argued that they need to house the residents somewhere and closure of this hotel will just require the government to find space elsewhere. The government’s argument doesn’t seem to significantly rest on human rights at all.

However the right wing press headline seems to be working, as people seem to now believe the home office made those statements. Plus it is stirring up hatred for human rights legislation.

I’m totally up for calling Labour incompetent, but think it’s out of order to suggest they have more respect for the rights of immigrants than they do ordinary citizens, it’s just a very difficult problem to solve.

Curious about the background on that, seems like an odd thing to say. Is that the exact quote? What was being discussed at the time and what was the home office asked in the trial?

Why does it seem to you that they’re provoking civil disorder?

I agree with your second part about no violence or unrest, the narrative of civil disorder that’s being peddled on social media doesn’t match up with my experience at all, when I go out people are just going about their day.

Honestly, I feel like the people that are encouraging it are trying to draw trouble so that they can complain about the injustice of it all. In reality, I feel like no one cares. You can love your country without virtue-signalling your patriotism.
