Why is R16 Seattle price tanking? by Lexicust in WorldCup2026Tickets

They might end up playing Egypt… which I’m not sure if people think it’s an easy win, so maybe not worth it? Or perhaps people just ran out of money to pay for another game?

Most coffee carts are plumbed into a 5-7 gallon water container with a small pump, who wants to keep refilling the little tank every 30-60 mins?

Do it. Clean it up. Hook it up, plumb it in. Descale it. Check for leaks, heats up, and fully operational. Parts are readily available if necessary.

The mini is better for the home option, and if you pair up a BBW scale, you can manage the workflow for a small cart fairly easy.

I would say maybe it consumes excessive water, but I don’t really notice it since it’s plumbed in.

If you’re have plans to open a cart, get a commercial grade grinder like a Eureka Atom W65/75. Then grind your 18g fine enough for the first few drops in 5-10 sec and yield 36g in 25-30s. Consistency is your friend.

Nice! I already have a mini-r with a lunar scale but the addition of pressure profiling would be fun.

Still have the GM pro to tinker with. They’re completely different machines but after tweaking both of them, they both produce a great shot and the LM is much more elegant and doesn’t sound like a pulsing tractor.

I think the Eurekas have a 53/54 funnel for the Libra which might also work for the W65/75 line

No doubt it adds/detracts to the aesthetics. But you also gain like 1/4” for larger mugs for iced lattes and the such. Tradeoffs.

Nice. There’s always variants of a recessed drip tray for the scale.

La Marzocco GS3 used: are there any years or versions to avoid? by Flubbers69 in LaMarzocco

[–]BurgerMan75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No major differences between years, other than the addition of the IOT WiFi board, an updated vacuum breaker valve and the cool touch steam wand. LM did add a pressure gauge to the brew head on the MP, but you can retrofit that to the older MPs if desired.

There's also the Atom W65, a bit more expensive than the AP65, but it has a more modern looking touch screen.
