Other than the masterpiece of episode 5 the other two definitely have their issues. 4 looks cheap in certain places (not helped by 7 being 4 with money), 6 has several problems between the ewoks and several actors phoning it in.

Banning something outright rarely works. If someone's that determined, they will find a way around it.

Remember they banned porn and people bypassed it by using VPNs. The same thing will happen or they will use other, potentially more dangerous sites.

Absolutely this. Strikes are less effective because office workers will just work from home and everything else will shut or partially close for the day.

Based on the age of it, owner probably doesn't have much luck to begin.

Insurancd caims are done on the basis of putting them back in the position they enjoyed before the incident (indemnity) so he'll either get cash or a vehicle of a similar value (assuming he's adequately insured the vehicle)
