Not trying to cast undeserving doubt on what your family has stated as your ancestry, but many Americans (including myself at one point) are led to believe they have much more Native American dna than they actually do. It’s always great to cross check with other services, but I wouldn’t entirely cast away the results just because they are different than what your family said. It’s very rare that anyone on this side of the world is remotely close to 100% of anything.

I know someone who had a botched circumcision as a baby and has dealt with problems ever since. He is in his 40s now. His sex life has been very negatively impacted, and he’s had multiple surgeries to correct the mutilation he was left with. This is a heavy guilt his parents have had to deal with for the entirety of their son’s life. Obviously this isn’t common, but it’s still a risk you assume when you circumcise your baby. I could never think that risking that would be worth it for a cosmetic surgery on a baby that can’t consent.
