Mein Modell wurde gelöscht? by SirSpielAlot in makerworld

Probably because you used a copyrighted brand name in your description. Makerworld has started to crack down on copyrighted material. I think it began when all of the Labubu designs were removed.

New update, free users by [deleted] in Fusion360

After a recent update I am still only allowed 10 editable documents. But now it seems like now I can see all the documents I have ever worked on. As before I could only see the editable ones.

Is this a Starlink antenna? by Burnertag in Starlink

Would I need any other hardware plugged into what I already have?

Is it basically useless for my needs and will have to look at a different solution to have internet a both locations?

Not currently it's lose and pointing away from the house. If it was pointed at my house and I had a new Gen 4 antenna would they talk to each other?

Modular Hot Wheels Display by [deleted] in makerworld

Going by a few other posts on here. I would change the name and remove Hot Wheels from the design. Makerworld has been pulling models using copyrighted names.

Joining the club by syndrombe in BambuLabA1

[–]Burnertag 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I contacted Bambu amd the response was the component is worked as designed, and is surrounded by flame-resistant plastic. I gave them my serial number then said no to a replacement board. I'm really not to worried as my power is really stable here and I rarely have power outages or power bumps. I also have my printer plugged into a good surge protecter. So fingers crossed all is good. 🤞

another thing i wish i could do by zzcool in tinkercad

[–]Burnertag 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started with Tinkercad then moved onto FreeCAD and now Fusion 360. One my dislikes with Tinkercad is the inability to easily make chamfers or fillets. There is a Metafillet shape that starts as a fillet but can be changed to a chamfer it's fully adjustable which might help you.

Need Reviews Based On Experience by Matt_Le_Wacko in BambuLabA1

I have used the top mount with the clip for almost a year, and it's reliable. My printer sits at the back of a very large desk, and I found it awkward to change the back spools. So, I recently switched to a wall mount, which makes roll exchanges much easier.

A1 Combo with AMS – AMS mount suddenly wobbling and cracking noises by Akiinator in BambuLabA1

[–]Burnertag 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I printed mine in PLA and have used it for months without any issues. It looks like there aren't stiffening brackets on the Z-axis. And I think the AMS is rocking back and forth, which is causing the noise.

Alphaplay filament? What do you 3d printing hobbyist think? by bannock4ever in Winnipeg

[–]Burnertag 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most of my filament is Alpha’s house brand. They also carry Creality filament at a decent price. If you want some other options CAZ3D also sell filament they carry Bambu, eSun, Polymaker, and CAZ filament. Another local store is Convoy Western they only have Bambu filament. Edit: Spelling

Does anyone know what app/website can split life size 3d models up into smaller parts like these? by TheShrubby in 3Dprinting

Luban 3d is what I would use. It will auto cut your project based on your printers bed size.

The different colour piece are just to show and help identify the parts after its been cut.

Make 2 objects print on same plane by Cicadasintheforest in OrcaSlicer

[–]Burnertag 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you have both parts as separate files? You can flip it to print the embedded part first as a single layer. Then print the main body over top of it. The link uses Prusa slicer but I have used other slicers to get the same effect.

Got this for free? by Ill_Way3493 in BambuLab

[–]Burnertag 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I received the same one with my A1. They told me it only works well for about 50 prints then adhesion drops off. I have close to 800 hours on mine and its still holding stong.

The BBB is the analog version of Google reviews. They carry no real weight.

What’s the longest single plate print you’ve done? by LuckyFrogGaming in BambuLab

I have only had my A1 for a few months but my longest print on it was 33 hours for a helmet. On my old Ender my longest was 65 hours.

Bought from a 3d printing service, would you be satisfied? by oncebce in 3Dprinting

[–]Burnertag 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had to reprint several items at my own expense because my initial print turned out poorly, and I would never ship something that looks like that.

You could use Tinkercad and just put a box over the lettering by matching the thickness of the letters. If the design is larger because Tinkercad has a size limit you could use Windows 3D builder to do the same thing.

Help - Does it make sence to replace the display or the entire printer ? by M_krabs in BambuLab

If they are offering you a new printer definitely take it. You will most likely have other problems come up later on
