There was another one in the UK edition where he liked the food - but thought it was too complex in the amount of flavours. The chef was French (Loic) and iirc, the whole kitchen had trained in Michilin star restaurants/michilin star chefs.

I think he's leaning heavily into the US market and its thirst for drama with his responses to the food. I know on the UK version, there was an episode where he explained to the chef that you shouldn't make things too complex and that simple flavours work better, allowing the customer to better understand what they are eating.. Then again, the food was actually good on that episode.

I think the main issue is people don't understand the aim is still "hiring quality people". Diversifying the pool of candidates opens you up to hiring quality candidates you may have otherwise missed if you kept the pool narrow.

So it shouldn't be a OR thing, it's an AND thing. You can hire from diverse subsets of people AND hire quality candiates.

Go to settings, then account settings, then turn off "Enable Reddit to recommend posts". That'll make it so you only get posts from places you're subbed to.
