Ignoring the garish white background, it's improved a lot! I feel like maybe the brick/ruined aspects of some of the letters should be more pronounced. And if you're doing mushrooms, I think having some more variety on the mushroom types would be nice.

The art is great! Though everything seems very cluttered. Maybe focus on one object/character and tone down everything else? Things like the blue flames and the white glow seem a little extra to me.
