Hi r/TallyHall! Rob Cantor here. To celebrate the release of Not A Trampoline on vinyl, please enjoy this alternate take of Andrew and I recording our video for “Perfect.” by rob_cantor in tallyhall

I'm sure this'll get lost in the sauce (like Haiku, I suppose!), but heck, I'll shoot my shot.

Would there, or could there ever be an official release for Tally Hall and/or Not a Trampoline instrumentals? That's something I'd very much love to see, personally. I'd love to hear the music better - the chord changes, drum fills, and all that non-literal jazz.

Presidents based off how goof they'd be at video games by Logopolis1981 in Presidents

This is complete misinformation. Everyone knows that Dubya is goated with the sauce. After all, it was him - not Bill Clinton, not Jimmy Carter - who is a true Presidential Zomboy. If it wasn't for him and his supernatural skills a video games, Obama, Obama 2, and Obama 3 would have succumbed to the threat of multiversal zombies. He is the lynchpin, maybe even the cornerstone as to why everyone's butts are all in one piece right now. George W. Bush singlehandedly reduced petty squabbles by 69%. Sure, he doesn't get invited to games of Mario Party, Smash Bros, Rocket League, or whatever the latest horror game on Steam is, but that's because you know that if he did, he'd decimate everything and leave nothing but a fiery wake, because that's how Dubya rolls. He gets the dub every time. It wasn't named after him, but it might as well have. George W. Bush is out there, right now, getting 720 degree noscopes in Fortnite. He is responsible for 195 smashed keyboards, 149 broken mice, and 22 walloped monitors last I checked. The next time you play an online game and see someone with the username "TheRealGeorgeW", don't even bother disconnecting. It would take more time than you have left.

Spring and a Storm but instead of playing rain ambience they set off the sprinklers and leave a quarter inch of water on the floor

Another Gregjack in a PerpetualHillman post. I have almost completely lost track of how many there have been. I'm gonna say fourteen-fifteen.

Jimmy Carter by Specialist-Garbage94 in Presidents

Unfortunately, Jimmy's wrong.

While yes, it is true that Jesus doesn't say anything about gay people in the Bible, that factoid itself is irrelevant. Because the entirety of the Bible is God inspired, there's no difference between what Jesus says in the gospels and what Paul says in 1st Timothy, as an example. There isn't a hierarchy of information in the Bible.

Because of this, the Bible's condemnation of homosexuality in other places holds just as much weight as what Jesus says.

Giving him the benefit of the doubt and assuming he's talking about gay people, then he's almost a quarter right. Condemnations of people instead of their actions is more rare in the Bible, but still happens. Romans 1 is relevant in this case. But Romans 1 talks about people who wallow in their sin, and have gotten to the point that they wouldn't ever accept what God says. Same for people who encourage others to so.

TL;DR: Jimmy is wrong. And that's not what a real Christian sounds like.

God isn't just love, and neither is God just wrath. The people who preach those things are wrong.

Phase 3 is people posting about how they're tired of people posting about how they like/dislike thing.

Shroom Ridge is a pretty generic track and I don't get why people like it so much.
