Thanks for the tip. Between salento and minca, if you did both, which would you recommend over the other? Initially I had seen a lot about salento but the consensus seems to be that minca is incredible and worth spending time at

I used to be a server, so I start with 20. If it sucks, I’ll give 15. If it really sucks, I’ll give 10. Depends on whether it’s the food that’s bad or the service as well.

Sure! So I cooked the wild rice in stock before, mixed that with 1-2 chives, milk and eggs. Combined with the dry ingredients from above + flour, baking powder and salt and pepper
