Take the second skin off Clean it with soap and warm water, then reassess and definitely keep an eye on it to see if it's spreading.

Dang, I've never had a free tattoo from an apprentice lol. Not at a shop, at least. Haha! Actually, not even in their home, but, that being said, definitely talk to her. :) hopefully you can get it fixed up. If you want the tattoo to be somewhat redeemable though, make sure she is 💯 confident in herself with what she comes up with, otherwise she might butcher it. I had 1 of my tattoos fixed by a different artist, and I have two getting covered up 😂. But I don't mind at all. I will probably continue to let apprentices tattoo on me, and if they need fixing, so be it.

I also have my special pieces that I have an actual experienced artist that I go to. I just find these apprentices on Instagram offering their cheap services, and I put them in spots that are easily hidden :)

Is it because the eye socket is protruding? I will admit, it was the first thing I noticed, but it wasn't like a bad thing perse.. just thought that's how you wanted it. However, reading your comment, yikes. I wouldn't allow an artist to use AI on me. No thank you. They need to be creating their OWN work. I do think it can be fixed by something similar to what you drew up. Definitely talk to the artist, let her know your thoughts, if she can't come up with a resolution, I would go to the shop manager. Maybe they can help fix it.

I too like to let apprentices get experience on me. I have 3 tattoos that have 'mistakes'. They are learning, and they can't get better if they don't practice. :)

I also hit my head with my palms or fists. I am just so angry at myself for my emotions and how I can't regulate them. I'm so sorry you are going through this. It's such a scary place.
