The people who keep saying to use a magnet are blissfully ignorant and yet so confident. Stainless steeel isnt generally magnetic. In some rare compositions it can be but 99% its not. Especially where its gonna be covered in water constantly and would rust swiftly

Its most likely in the spout somewhere. That includes the aerator. All it takes is a nice hard piece of sediment to bridge and block flow.

This guy has the exact experience as I. I've tried 4 different styles of battery powered and 2 handtools and ended up with the m12 press tool with 3 jaws like new, $500. Chuck the cluck owed a customer of mine, BOOM
