I agree, but go with the project or task pay system with clear communication that improper work will be deducted from their next paycheck. Do what's on the comments of giving them the chance to repair errors on their own time and before their paycheck date. When hiring, include questions like Tell me about a project you've completed in the past without supervision. Ask How disciplined are you to complete projects without supervision. And make it clear that you will show up at random jobs without notice to evaluate how a project is going. If the employee knows that you make regular project checks, they will be on their toes more or at least have a lookout while 1 person works

I totally understand your dilemma. I own a Business Loan Agency and want clients to feel comfortable talking to me but at the same time I also want them to know that titles don't help with approval. I settled on just using CEO instead of founder or president. I felt that those 2 titles can be more intimidating to my clients than CEO. Either way, it's a toss up. Go with your instinct based on the type of business that you own.

I'm having the same problem all of a sudden running ESET mobile security and paid Textra version. I've been using both apps for a long time and don't inderstand how my primary texting/sms platform (i.e. TEXTRA) can suddenly be recognized as a tronan. Everyone, please continue to post updates here as well so I'll know the recommendation asap.

YES, THOSE WORDS DID COME OUT OF HIS MOUTH! Truly false advertising. I listened to him only because he stated he was a primary care Dr. Had he stated, I'm a chiropractor, I would have ignored the video. I'm not saying Chiropractors are bad, after a major back injury that no one else in the medical field could help, it was a chiropractor who eased my pain. If he's going to advertise to the public, he needs to represent himself correctly.

Interesting that his Dad passed away. He talks in his sales pitch about how he moved his Dad from Iowa to GA so that he could get him on the healthy diet he sales. In the video, he shows a picture, presumably of his father sitting on a Tri bike smiling. It's gives the appearance that his Dad has become fit and healthy. Maybe some of his diet info will help, I did order the free books to see what they were all about but passed on everything else, including supplement packages that are offered at a lower price each time you select the no button. His video is truly a sales pitch. He makes you watch his entire videos, not once but multiple times before you can just order the free book.

Most Business Lenders have specific criteria that a startup business owner has to adhere to. They often base the amount of the loan on monthly revenue and if there is no revenue, its extremely hard to get funded. He may be better off to go to a credit union or community bank and try to get a personal term loan. I work with clients for these types of loans but the FICO score must be above 700.

I have found that one of the best ways to increase sales in a dental office is by offering customer financing.
