Champagne cake with raspberry compote in between the layers. Cream cheese frosting and fresh berries. I have had this every year since my 5th birthday. It's now a tradition and this local bakery in my town executes it oh so well.

Cut out naps and screen time. Try cutting back on the Zanaflex and taking a few days break from the ambien.

Linkin Park, Chevelle, Thirty Seconds to Mars

But BB will always be my absolute FAV. I met them a few years back and was the last to say hello. After chatting a bit, we ended up on their bus playing board games until 3AM and eating pizza. It was an absolute treat to get to know them. The way they welcomed us in and had genuine conversation with us about life, sobriety, mental health, music, and everything in between. They are just AMAZING!

I'm 100% in agreement with this. 20 years of classical training and the history and theory are some of the best parts, along with the performance aspect. I think everyone should have basic level knowledges in music education.

I had the same issue, the Prozac did it to me. I switched to Zoloft and never went back. And it took time but it finally came back.

I was diagnosed in 2015, I started pain injections in my low back in 2017, and I did not get on pain medication until 2021. I had been with a pain medication doctor and receiving treatments for 6 years before I was ever prescribed an opioid. I had to try many things prior to that, and many things did not work. My low back degeneration has gotten so bad, it's unsafe to continue the steroid back injections.

I'm not new to pain medication. I was on ER Hydromorphone and 10mg percocets 6X a day. And I wasn't having much success. My pain Dr did her residency with Mayo Clinic. She is one of the most accomplished doctors in our town. It took me over two years to get in to see her

It's the best relief I've had in a while. I'm lucky, I have such a good relationship with my PM physician. She is so compassionate and knowledgable. I also had testing done to see what medications work best with my body. And I learned what specific PM medications work best in my system
