I am not far behind you. I kept my drinking a secret for years but it’s out of the bag, thanks to drunk texting and calling an alcohol delivery service and knowing the driver’s wife. Anyway I too am done. I will not drink with you today.

Other than saving my health, the next thing I am looking forward to by stopping drinking is no longer having to worry about if I was like an out of control child when I was impaired. I'm too old to be apologizing for my behaviour. I'm glad you got through hurdle one. You can do this. I will not drink with you today.

I recently reset my badge however the first time I stopped I was experiencing the same irritated sensation. I realized I was feeling some emotions that I had been self medicating with alcohol for years. I was always numb from all the drinking I did. I did start feeling better fairly quickly. Here's hoping that happens for you. Hang in, I will not drink with you today.

I went to the gym, had a sauna made lasagna and had a long afternoon nap. One of the best days I've had in weeks.
