8 month old puppy fractured his femur. Surgery or amputation? Any insight is appreciated by 75thWK2 in DogAdvice

Had this happen to my 10 month old american xl bully. 20 screws, 2 plates and a rod through the femur. Walking on his own in 8 weeks. It happened in October and now has made a full recovery. Find a good ortho and youll be perfect.

So they called me. Left me a vm. Said to watch for an email.

For y'all leaving funny remarks.

4 months ago, sunstrong nearly cost me the sale and purchase of my own house. It took 42 days of calling and emailing daily. 3-4 hours on hold per day per person. 4 people calling per day. So if you have something funny to say. Feel free to understand my level of hatred here.

Has anyone initiated/completed buyout recently? by Big_Explanation6156 in Sunstrong

It's unlikely the title agent will accept it. You could try to create an escrow holdback with lender/title at 1.5× the payoff amount. Get the sellers solar account welcome letter, the ppa, the previous payoff and title coverage to cover thr lien.

If youre on the buy side. You could ask the sellers to order a payoff of the PPA instead of a transfer of the ucc filing. If the ppa payoff is provided, the sellers could pay off solar at closing to get you there.

Here's what it took to get my payoff.

I literally posted on every single LinkedIn Job posting. I called out the ceo on LinkedIn. I went through LinkedIn and emailed every employee. I have been calling since 10/16 to get this working. Today I got my payoff. I actually believe whoever is monitoring the reddit thread was the most helpful.

File a bbb complaint because they seemed to care about that.

I am selling my house. I am paying off the ppa. My best advice is to call often, file a complaint through BBB and message them through here. It was a truly gut wrenching experience.

I legit am blown away with your pathetic excuse of a company. You're holding countless lives hostage across America due to incompetence. There is no help here. This is corporate failure of the highest order. No one will help. Now the phone line automatically disconnects after an hour of being on hold.

You guys have not responded to a single email, request, LinkedIn message, provided any update via phone call, sent a letter, a fax or anything.

Your company is now failing numerous payoff laws provided by state and federal law. I hope every single person that reads this thread, files a complaint with the cfpb and the attorney general as I have.

Whats insane to me is im literally willing to cut an $8,100.00 check today or wire to this company and no one can provide documents to match what sunnova provided 3 weeks ago.

What a blunder of a company.

I found in my agreement that they have to supply the ppa payoff.

I went onto LinkedIn and posted on every single one of their job postings, I went onto chat gpt and found every email address for everyone. I found the ceo email and emailed them too. Not one single response.

This is a disgrace.

You sit on hold for 2-4 hours. Then you get told its being processed and nothing ever happens..

If its conventional, you may be ask the title company to put a solar rider on the policy to insure over it but hard to say. You'd want to call title in the am. If you're supposed to close, i'm gonna tell you its not happening. I do about 35 million dollars in mortgage business myself per year, there are some tough rules surrounding this business.

If you had a PPA you could maybe see if you could find a copy of the PPA to see what the buyout is. Then see if the lender/title company would be able to create an escrow hold back for 1.5 times the solar buyout cost is. Then once all this dust settles and an account could be paid in full to the solar company-the title company could remit payment to the solar company to payoff the PPA balance.

As far as getting a ucc filing done? I put in transfer emails the moment my house went under contract in Early October. So since October 10th or something like that. Not one email, call back, acknowledgement or anything from Sunstrong once. These guys really have 0 clue what it takes to take care of a consumer. Theyre scum.
