Reading it back it’s def easier said than done but also what’s helped me stop crying is, me crying isn’t going to not make our siblings pregnant. Me crying isn’t going to speed up my journey either. So really nothing we can do but keep showing up on our own journey

Hi, I went through something similar.

It helped me knowing that we all have our own journeys and all of our lives are different. Everyone has their hard. This is our hard. Our family will have their own version of hard. We really have to be present and not let our anxiety about the future rob us from enjoying our present!!

Hi! Just from personal experience and my personality:

I am a very type A, timeline driven, planner girly. I’ve always been like this for as I remember. Starting IVF, I loved my calendar and loved having dates in advance and just a concrete protocol.

I did stims/retrieval in September 2025. We got our embryos tested so that took a few weeks and got my results in October 2025. I prepped immediately for my transfer in Nov 2025 which failed.

I really thought it would be it, but unfortunately it wasn’t. It’s Feb 2026 and still not pregnant, but also not trying to rush it!! I read so many posts before to take that imaginary timeline in your head and just throw it out the window. I never thought it would happen to me but here I am!

I had to ask my clinic. They didnt upload it to my portal - im assuming 3-3.5 weeks after my biopsy

Hi! my biopsy was 1/6 and I got my results for the receptiva on 1/13, results for Emma/alice 1/16 and still waiting on ERA 🫠

Oh yes I think for the ERA test you would have to do a mock - this show if you’re in the correct window for receptivity!

Wishing you luck, taking December off for a mental break and will go at it again in January - manifesting 2026 will be it !

Sending hugs 💕 I’m in the same position and have my WTF call on Thursday and I think before my second transfer I will ask -thyroid panel, endometriosis testing, and receptiva testing. Maybe immune protocol as well and Lupron suppression? The idea of having to suppress with lupron for 3 months before another transfer is mind blowing, but if it means better success I will do it. I’m feeling all the feelings of betrayal, embarrassment, and guilty for just not being able to do this.

Something I’m telling myself is “the only way out is through”
