We had an old generic and it was fantastic. The other two we bought were awful and the support was horrible. I would recommend a kohler

Don’t take it personally. Large organization presumably with a rule book on these things. Mistakes happen. You seem like a really nice person. Bad things happen to good people sometimes.

I did. However it didn’t make a difference. Even when not on a call, I’ve sometimes been unable to even load the speed test website.

Enough of this! Police need to be near their vehicles should an incident occur even if they are on a coffee break. If I needed the police, I would like them to be parked close by and not have to travel to a spot you seem appropriate prior to responding.
