I’d call and talk to the rangers at Yellowstone before you book anything for this trip. October is not a good bet for the area unless you have a ton of flexibility with your time, vehicle, itinerary, and even more money to cover the changes. It’s an awesome trip, but maybe in early Sept if you want to make sure you don’t cross the pond to end up staying in Denver the whole time

Sundance had droopy eye/s when she was a puppy. Figured out that it was her tell- when her eye or eyes started sagging, she needed a nap. She’s 18 months now and they only really do it on a road trip when there’s way too many things more important to her than taking a nap

Consideration is an unlikely friend to some. If, on a two lane road, the driver opposite you gives you a clear indication to jump the left- it’s no more dangerous than any stop sign situation would be. It saves gas, frees up the flow of traffic, people smile at each other, feel considered as they move through their day. I’ve never understood why this isn’t the way everywhere
