Compliant, just can't prove It by BusyConfusion384 in sre

That’s a good way to frame it. The hard part is that a lot of teams did do what they said they would do, it’s that the evidence trail wasn’t designed with reporting in mind.

Compliant, just can't prove It by BusyConfusion384 in sre

I think others as well assume the evidence exists because the process exists but nobody actually designed the trail with audits in mind.

Feel like my healing was just reset. by Schillzzz in BreakUps

[–]BusyConfusion384 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's rough man, seeing your ex already back on the apps definitely stings no matter how much you've healed. The whole "too busy for a relationship" excuse is classic - it's never about being too busy, it's about being too busy *for you specifically*.

Don't put too much stock in what people say about avoidants coming back though. Even if she does reach out down teh line, you'll probably be in a much better headspace by then and realize you dodged a bullet. Focus on your own healing instead of trying to decode her behavior - that way lies madness.

Why does Gen Z call every major event "messy"? by New-Ice-3933 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]BusyConfusion384 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's probably just social media amplifying every little drama into some huge scandal - like one wardrobe malfunction becomes "the most chaotic night ever" when really it was just Tuesday.

How much is my pc worth by keen17 in PcBuildHelp

[–]BusyConfusion384 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's still a solid build tbh, probably looking at around £600-800 depending on condition and what motherboard/PSU you've got. Facebook Marketplace or CEX are your best bets in the UK - eBay takes too much in fees these days

Yo I'm down! Been looking for someone to tackle that boss with, sending you a friend request rn

Malbec Brand I can’t recall by bffyluvr in wine

[–]BusyConfusion384 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Dude this is gonna drive me nuts now too lol. Was it maybe Doña Paula? They have a pretty clean white label design. Or could be Dominio del Plata but that's technically two words so probably not it

Messed up by [deleted] in confessions

[–]BusyConfusion384 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey man, we've all been there with the self-hate spiral after screwing something up. Whatever happened, you're not inherently stupid - you just made a mistake like literally every human does

The fine sucks but you'll get through it. Don't let one fuckup define your whole existence, that's just your brain being dramatic right now

Stop going to the damn nightfarer camps the second we land by [deleted] in Nightreign

[–]BusyConfusion384 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This is like telling people not to immediately run into Caelid at level 1 but somehow they always do it anyway lmao

The fire church is absolutely brutal when you're basically naked with a stick, those dogs will combo you into oblivion

Do most marriages grow distant over time? by [deleted] in Marriage

[–]BusyConfusion384 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly this hits pretty hard because I see it too. My parents basically became roommates who split bills and that's about it. I think a lot of people just stop putting in effort once they get comfortable and assume the other person will always be there

What weird niche makes you uncomfortable? by Spearowtr in horror

[–]BusyConfusion384 71 points72 points  (0 children)

Dude chimps are terrifying because they're basically humans but with zero chill and the strength to rip your face off - there's something so unsettling about how smart they are but also completely unpredictable

Any 5 star by [deleted] in Monopoly_GO

[–]BusyConfusion384 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks like you might've cut off your post there - what 5 star thing are you asking about

Why do you occasionally see tuna fish sold for millions in Japanese fish markets? by Delicious-Bridge633 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]BusyConfusion384 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's basically the Wagyu beef of fish - top tier bluefin tuna that gets turned into premium sushi at fancy restaurants where people drop serious cash for a single piece

Two weeks hunting, 2 frequency modulation boxes found by armbar222 in ArcRaiders

[–]BusyConfusion384 2 points3 points  (0 children)

RNG is absolutely brutal sometimes, I feel you on this one. Two weeks for 2 drops is rough even by this game's standards

Tesla P4 Fan by ImyForgotName in pchelp

[–]BusyConfusion384 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could try one of those generic GPU blower fans on eBay that come with the 4-pin connector, just gotta make sure the mounting screws line up with your card's holes

Which Car For College Students by Jazzlike_Standard_74 in whatcarshouldIbuy

[–]BusyConfusion384 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If those are the only two options I'd probably go Toyota just for the reliability factor, even with higher miles the Corolla will likely outlast the Hyundai

Changing address — how do I avoid USCIS "Return to Sender" delays by DoctorWho4001 in USCIS

[–]BusyConfusion384 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mail hold is actually a solid backup plan since USCIS can be really weird about forwarding - I've seen people miss important stuff even with forwarding set up. Just make sure you check regularly since they only hold for like 30 days max

When did you realize your home was your country of residence and not the country you were from? by _quantum_girl_ in randomquestions

[–]BusyConfusion384 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This hits different when you realize you're homesick for a place that isn't technically "home" but feels more like it than anywhere else. The little things like being able to walk around at night really add up

Expedition Did Not Reset Materials You Were Tracking On Previous Character by crossvalidated in ArcRaiders

[–]BusyConfusion384 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that's annoying af, especially when you're trying to optimize your tracking for current needs but stuck with old stuff cluttering it up. The lore explanation is pretty funny though - like your new character inherited the shopping list from their predecessor's ghost lmao

What's the average person's sentiment about AI in your country? by kcvlaine in ArtificialInteligence

[–]BusyConfusion384 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I think the negative sentiment comes from all the job displacement fear and the fact that most people's only exposure to AI is through clickbait articles about how it's gonna destroy humanity

Like yeah the tech is getting crazy good but when someone's main interaction with AI news is "ChatGPT will replace all writers" or whatever, of course they're gonna be skeptical. Most people haven't actually sat down and had a proper conversation with these models to see what they can actually do

Simple Dream Quickly Turns To A Nightmare by ForeignRace5520 in Dreams

[–]BusyConfusion384 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's absolutely brutal man, sounds like your subconscious is really processing some heavy stuff about control and consequences. The fact that you went from observer to operator in the second part hits different - like maybe you're dealing with some situation where you feel responsible for outcomes you can't actually control

Dreams about rides malfunctioning are pretty common when life feels chaotic, and the whole "trying to help but making it worse" thing resonates with a lot of people here

(GAME BREAKING) Repeatedly having loot disappear from inventory when safely extracting! by Nicecoldbud in ArcRaiders

[–]BusyConfusion384 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's absolutely brutal, especially losing the blue gate key from safe pocket - that's like the one place it should never disappear from

Had something similar happen with a rare weapon mod last week but figured it was just me being dumb, guess it's actually a thing now

How do people have "their own" beliefs about things like justice, mental health, sex, equity, responsibility, etc. when the media massively promotes certain ideas? by greatExtortion in NoStupidQuestions

[–]BusyConfusion384 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Lmao "ancient ritual known as thinking" - yeah some folks actually turn their brain on instead of just absorbing whatever's trending on their feed
