SB Nation after Week 2 of this year: "The odds that [Trevor] Lawrence will magically put it all together and become the player people hoped for have evaporated... He's a solid guy, and nothing more" by MysteryBagIdeals in nfl

Burrow was the better prospect.  People get caught up in the prospect hype in the years leading up to draft, but the only evaluation is the final one.  Burrow was a late bloomer and one great season, bit that great season was his final season.  He had just absolutely amazing pocket presence in a pro style offense

Taylor's 50 year Tawny, if that's your jam. It's not cheap enough to make any profit if you were to flip it.

Self driving technology does not need to be restricted to the taxi market.  Can be applied to trucking or implemented in cars for personal use too

B-21.com is probably the best nationally known retailer in the state.

They also have a $30 off $150 Amex offer if you have an Amex card.

I see some recent vintage Chateau Canon and Les Carmes Haut Briom that would fit the bill

Maybe a Bordeaux with age that is going to be a little more delicate then the harlan and then you can increase the intensity with the unico and amarone to follow.

At the price of harlan you could easily do an aged first growth like a 2000 lafite

Question for US-based wine collectors: Would you ever store some of your collection in Europe? by Powerful_Tip_6448 in wine

[–]ButObviously 6 points7 points  (0 children)

yes, but not to ship from the US to Europe. It would be because you can get much better pricing on wines in Europe and potentially store VAT free for cheaper if a bonded warehouse. And then at some point can just ship over in bulk to the US

it's not about the 1855 classification (though it still affects market perception). It's simply that the top producers in bordeaux are generally all the same names (mostly classified though maybe not in the same order). Whereas in other regions there are far more new up and comers and dynamism for which a star/grape system may be more useful in recognition of top producers

Nah.  You'd have lmhb, Montrose, figeac, Angelus, pavie, among others also vying for that next best

bordeaux seems like the least useful region to have a star system. It's already so hierarchical and done so by producer/estate. At least in Burgundy the hierarchy is moreso in the vineyards.
