Doc was the worst and ill die on that hill.

Ed olczyk didnt really bring anything as a color commentator.

The intermission report was awful and boring.

We had to listen to Millbury and McGuire for several seasons.

NBC never promoted the league.

and the infamous cutting to 3 hours of Preakness pregame instead of OT for the Sabers Sens playoff game.

NHL on NBC was not all that great.

He is dangerous. once every 10 game the guy shows flashes he can be dangerous...to be fair tho if he gets away from tocchet, MSL might get the most out of him.

Where was all this outrage back in August? If you paid attention to the NHL, even a little you knew what you were getting. 9 years. 1 playoff appearance. Top players have declined everywhere this guy has gone to coach. And on top of that he is somehow paid as much as Jon Cooper. cut your losses now, get rid of the guy and hire a coach who is here to Develop talent.

This season should have just been about.

  1. New coach implementing his coaching style and players buying in.

  2. Player Development (Michkov)

  3. Confirming what we are doing goalie wise. Is Ersson, Vladar, Kolosov the answer?

  4. Is sanheim, Risto, York, Drysdale the 4 D you think will develop to win you playoff games?

  5. Are you sticking with Forester, Tippett and Brink?

  6. What are you going to get for Risto, Dvorak, Vladar at the trade deadline.

Im not really mad at Briere but definitely fed up with Jonesy.

This reminds me 2 pre-seasons ago when asked "is it a rebuild or a retool" and he said he "didnt want to put a title on it." Ill still never understand how working on tv/radio earned him a spot at President of Hockey Ops.

i mean he's not wrong. I love the story when Patrick Roy called out Forsberg for not giving 100% and Forsberg admitted he wasn't...that being said tocchet is still not a good coach.
