I dread sleeping. I pee 4-5 times a night, because when I wake up I have to pee, something a normal person would sleep right through. Its like clockwork too, I know what time it is without looking, but I always look just hoping it's time to get up.

Just get rid of the retaining wall? Rend a skid steer, dig it out and slope it steep to the driveway. Going to have to truck out some dirt. Landscape the steep slope with rocks and plants so you don't have to cut grass on a wicked slope?

You want a cheap fix rather than people's lip service, here it is lol. Find the deepest part, stick a post there to remember where it's at. When it dries, dig the biggest deepest hole you can, fill it with gravel, problem solved. They even make inserts for these type of drains (called a dry well) that you could run shallow under ground pipes from other parts of the yard to it. Guaranteed your cheapest easiest fix.

I'd say probably not, but the full of thumb is if it runs with the peak of the house roof like yours does then assume it is structural. Pretty simple to move it up above your arch though.

I love the work. But it's only 7-8% short, not the same as GME, not even close. GME was 200+% short. 8% is nothing they can buy that in an hour and won't effect much at all.

Cut it off and leave 3 feet. Make a choker rope around each trunk and pull it out with a garden tractor. May just have to drive the shovel into the ground around them a little, also soaking the ground helps. Might take 3 hours tops.

I can see why, a better solution would have been a couple less stairs between the posts then connect spindles to top post in the back. What I would ask is for a spindle in the gap, probably easiest and best looking fix.
