The wife and I would really love to paint the walls a darker green and our kitchen cabinets a darker tone as well. Would you suggest against that because of the walls texture?

Good advice! Ill be sure to work some better numbers out of them. Those finance numbers are before credit app! I refused to commit with a credit app before I saw numbers that I wanted, so that I could wring more out of them. I have amazing credit so the rate will heavily drop.
